With over two decades of experience in the domain, Bill has been called upon as a trusted advisor by many agency leaders at the state, county, and city levels. He focuses on people, process, and programs first; bringing the right blend of organizational strategy and technological solutions to allow our clients to respond faster, elevate safety, and operate efficiently.​
