Stephanie Kim
Executive Director, Enterprise Innovation
Stephanie Kim is an Executive Director in KPMG’s Enterprise Innovation group and leads the firm’s global foresight and disruption agenda, including the annual KPMG Frontiers Report. Her work centers on identifying and interpreting long-horizon signals – spanning technology, regulation, markets, and geopolitics – and translating them into actionable strategies, operating models, and new growth opportunities for large, complex enterprises.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has operated at the intersection of innovation, technology, and strategy, helping clients (and KPMG) navigate periods of structural change. Her areas of focus include artificial intelligence, next-generation computing paradigms, quantum computing, and the evolving regulatory and competitive landscape shaping enterprise transformation.
Stephanie spearheads KPMG’s horizon-scanning, strategic foresight, and innovation benchmarking efforts, with a particular emphasis on understanding disruptive forces and how organizations can respond with intent and speed. She works closely with senior leaders to move from abstract disruption narratives to practical decisions about where to invest, how to organize for innovation, and how to scale ideas into impact.
She is skilled at translating macro-level disruption signals (technological, regulatory, and market-driven) into concrete strategies, innovation operating models, and execution roadmaps. Her work frequently bridges insights, strategy, and execution – combining advisory, design, prototyping, and deployment support through KPMG’s integrated innovation ecosystem.
Stephanie regularly represents KPMG in external forums and executive settings, including the KPMG Tech and Innovation Symposium, where she has presented the firm’s frontiers of change from the Futures Report, as well as other leadership events focused on AI, generative AI, and enterprise innovation.
