Janine Goulart is the Head of People, Performance and Culture at KPMG Brazil, where she has also served as the lead partner of People Services since October 2021. During her tenure, she spent five years leading KNOW (KPMG Networking of Women). Beyond her impactful work at KPMG, Janine holds prominent leadership roles in the broader professional community, serving as vice-president of the Deliberative Council of ABRH-SP (Brazilian Association of Human Resources of the State of São Paulo) and co-chair of Women Corporate Directors (WCD). Her exceptional leadership has earned her recognition by Leaders League as one of the 50 leading women in Brazil's corporate sector. Janine's extensive expertise is backed by an international assignment in New York focusing on global mobility strategies and best practices, as well as a strong educational foundation that includes an MBA from Ibmec and the completion of a leadership development program for senior executives at Georgetown University.
