On June 23, 2026, the Commercial Division of the Superior Court of Quebec of the District of Terrebonne (the “Court”) issued an order appointing KPMG Inc. (“KPMG”), interim receiver (the “Interim Receiver”) over all of the assets of Carrière Sablière Principale Lachute Inc. and 9403-2216 Québec Inc.
On July 23, 2026, the Commercial Division of the Superior Court of Quebec (the “Court”) issued an order extending the appointment of the Interim Receiver until September 11, 2026.
