The challenge
The organisation had initiated multiple digital and analytics efforts across functions, but lacked a unified AI strategy and enterprise-wide alignment.
Data was distributed across systems, limiting its usability for advanced analytics and intelligent automation. There was limited clarity on prioritising use cases and scaling solutions effectively.
Without a structured roadmap and governance model, achieving enterprise-wide AI adoption across core and support functions remained a challenge.

A comprehensive framework was implemented, including defining a strategic “North Star,” identifying transformation themes and prioritising impactful use cases across functions such as operations, finance, HR and supply chain.
The team designed a phased implementation roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term transformation initiatives.
Additionally, a unified enterprise data platform was conceptualised, supported by data governance, scalable infrastructure and MLOps capabilities to enable seamless AI deployment.
