Partho has over 29 years of global leadership experience (consistently on top leadership talent tracks) in building consolidated corporate functions, managing and expanding global teams (AI & Cognitive, Analytics, Audit, Financial Control, Strategic Business Planning & Pricing, Transformation and Re-engineering) in MNCs (HP & Agilent, GE, Gillette and Fiat). Partho has been managing teams across the Americas, Europe and Asia pac.
The founding Managing Director of KPMG Global Delivery Center, a wholly owned subsidiary of KPMG US, Partho is also a member of KPMG’s coveted Chairman 25 program. Currently, his focus has been to transform GDC into a strategic, AI-leveraged organization, which has set benchmarks in scale, quality, productivity, ROI and compliance. He is a US patent-holder in AI solutions and has received several prestigious AI awards from industry forums like CII.
Before KPMG, Partho spent eight years in HP and Agilent’s global CFO organization, where he led the transformation of HP’s USD14 billion Selling General & Administrative function, redesigned HP’s reseller incentive system across USD10 billion in revenue and led finance integration for HP-Compaq (USD40 billion) and HP-EDS (USD14 billion).
Partho is an alumnus of executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School and IIM Ahmedabad, and a member of AON’s India Advisory Board.
