With a background as an M&E Quantity Surveyor and more than a decade of experience in the data centre sector, Joe focuses on providing commercial expertise for complex, high-density projects.
Joe leads a team of estimators and cost management professionals through the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction cost planning and risk advisory, to on-site delivery and handover.
