With more than 25 years of experience at KPMG, Orla leads the firm’s tax practice in Ireland and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Orla advises a broad spectrum of Irish-headquartered and multinational clients on all aspects of tax, with deep expertise in international tax structuring, intellectual property planning, cross-border financing, profit repatriation, and optimised tax strategies for supply chain management.
Orla is also a senior member of the M&A tax team, managing complex transactions, providing pre-deal structuring guidance, and developing robust post-deal integration tax plans.
She has extensive experience supporting Irish groups operating internationally, as well as multinationals with substantial Irish operations.
Orla also leads the Irish/US tax corridor, regularly engaging with multinational companies in the United States.
