Christoph Köllmer supports companies in crisis situations, particularly with regard to the business management aspects of preparing for and conducting insolvency proceedings. He has been working in restructuring consultancy for more than twelve years, assisting companies with the analysis of options to aid decision-making in the run-up to potential insolvency and/or StaRUG proceedings, as well as with the preparation of liquidity plans, restructuring concepts, self-administration plans and comparative calculations. For over ten years, he has been advising national and international companies in the aviation industry, particularly airlines, on a wide range of transformation, growth and restructuring scenarios. In his role as Head of Aviation Germany, he is also responsible for the further development and positioning of the sector.
